Boil pasta according to package insturctions. Line a 10-inch X 9-inch ovenproof dish with a layer of pasta.

1 INGREDIENTS
- Lasagne pasta 8-10 strip
- Beef, minced & cooked 1/2 kg
- Onion, sliced & sauted 1
- Mushrooms, sliced 8
- Tomato sauce 50 ml
- Mozzarella cheese 100 gm
- Beef stock 225 ml
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Flour 1 tbsp
- Milk 250 ml
- Parmesan cheese 50 gm
2 COOKING DIRECTIONS
- Boil pasta according to package insturctions.
- Line a 10-inch X 9-inch ovenproof dish with a layer of pasta.
- Combine together mushrooms, minced meat, onions, tomato sauce or puree, mozzarella cheese and rich stock.
- Put half the meat mixture into the dish, cover with another layer of pasta and the remainder of milk stir till smooth.
- Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Pour sauce over the lasagne, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake at 3/160 degree C for 45 minutes.
- Garnish with tomato and capsicum.
- Use cottage cheese instead of mozzarella cheese for a lighter lasagne.
