Clean and peel mangoes. Cut them and boil with a little salt.

1 INGREDIENTS
- Raw mangoes 3
- Coconut (scraped) 1/2
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Oil 1 tsp
- Jaggery 1/2 cup
- Green coriander 1 tbsp
- Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Roast and grind:
- Urad dal 1/2 tsp
- Coriander seeds 1 tsp
- Dried red chillies 4
2 COOKING DIRECTIONS
- Clean and peel mangoes.
- Cut them and boil with a little salt.
- Add the ground masala, turmeric powder and the ground coconut scrapings.
- Add the jaggery and boil.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
- Season with mustard seeds.
