Serves: 5
Boil the drumsticks with 1/2 cup water and 1/2 tsp salt with worcestershire sauce for 5 minutes. Remove and cool.

1 INGREDIENTS
- Chicken drumsticks with skin 12
- Eggs 2
- Green chillies, ground 6
- Ajinomoto 1/4 tsp
- Pepper powder 1/4 tsp
- Garam masala 1/4 tsp
- Chilli sauce 1/2 tsp
- Soya sauce 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
- Maida 50 gms
- Ginger paste 1 tsp
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Yellow colour a pich
- Water 1/2 cup
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste
2 COOKING DIRECTIONS
- Boil the drumsticks with 1/2 cup water and 1/2 tsp salt with worcestershire sauce for 5 minutes.
- Remove and cool.
- Mix all ingredients thououghly, except drumsticks and prepare a thick batter.
- Heat oil in a frying pan, dip drumsticks into the thick batter and fry on medium heat to a light brown colour.
- Garnish and serve hot lollipops with sauce.
