Chicken Lollipops

Serves: 5

Boil the drumsticks with 1/2 cup water and 1/2 tsp salt with worcestershire sauce for 5 minutes. Remove and cool.
 

1   INGREDIENTS
  • Chicken drumsticks with skin 12
  • Eggs 2
  • Green chillies, ground 6
  • Ajinomoto 1/4 tsp
  • Pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  • Garam masala 1/4 tsp
  • Chilli sauce 1/2 tsp
  • Soya sauce 1/2 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
  • Maida 50 gms
  • Ginger paste 1 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Yellow colour a pich
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste
2   COOKING DIRECTIONS
  1. Boil the drumsticks with 1/2 cup water and 1/2 tsp salt with worcestershire sauce for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove and cool.
  3. Mix all ingredients thououghly, except drumsticks and prepare a thick batter.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan, dip drumsticks into the thick batter and fry on medium heat to a light brown colour.
  5. Garnish and serve hot lollipops with sauce.
