Low calorie Chicken Spinach Kebabs

Just in time for summer & BBQ parties. These are delicious kebabs for people who are conscious of their weight and need something tempting delicious but low calorie for eating....so here it goes


1   INGREDIENTS
  • Chicken breast mince(500 gms)
  • Chopped spinach 2-3 bunches
  • Chopped green onions 5-6
  • Chopped mint leaves
  • Chopped coriander leaves
  • Chopped green chilies to taste
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Boiled mashed chana daal(gram pulse) 1 cup
  • 1 egg
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilly to taste
  • Coriander powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • 1-1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2   COOKING DIRECTIONS
  1. Take chicken mince in a bowl and add the chopped spinach, green onions, mint n coriander leaves, green chilies, onion, egg, lemon juice, spices, chana daal..etc
  2. Add all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix very well and then keep aside for an hour or two
  3. Make kebabs and grill them
  4. these are chicken kebabs with a lot of veggies so very good in taste and very healthy also and they taste is really good
  5. Try it
