Quick and easy when unexpected guests arrive. Fish fillet, cut into squares can be used as well.

1 INGREDIENTS
- 90 ml cake flour
- 45 ml rice flour
- 2.5 ml baking powder
- 45 ml sesame seeds ( Thill)
- 10 ml red curry paste or any other curry paste
- 20 ml soy sauce or vinegar
- 1 egg beaten
- 150 ml cold water
- 350 gr peeled prawns
- little extra flour
2 COOKING DIRECTIONS
- Mix together flour, rice flour, baking powder and sesame seeds.
- Using a whisk, stir in the curry paste, soy sauce, egg and water to make a thin coating batter.
- If a thicker paste is desired, use lesser water.
- Toss prawns in extra flour - dip in batter.
- Deep fry until golden brown.
- Fry on medium heat.
- Drain excess oil and remove from oil.
- Serve hot with chutneys or sauces.
