Chicken and Vegetable Kababs

Want to try a different type of kebab then try this recipe. Vegetables and chicken are enclosed in a shell of breadcrumbs making it a very tasty appetizer or side dish, serve with nice creamy salad and tomato chutney.
1 INGREDIENTS
- Peas 1 cup
- French beans 1/2 cup
- Potatoes 2 medium
- Carrot 1
- Chicken mince 1/2 kg
- Onion finely chopped 1
- Ginger grated 1 tsp
- All spices 1 tsp
- Green chilies 6
- Rice flour 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch chopped
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- White zeera (roasted and crushed)
- Salt 1 tsp
- White pepper 1 tsp
- Ajinomoto 1/2 tsp
- Breadcrumbs 1 cup
- Salt to taste
2 COOKING DIRECTIONS
- Wash and peel the vegetables.
- Boil potatoes separately and mash.
- Dice rest of the vegetables finely and boil.
- Add to mashed potatoes and mix in chicken mince.
- Add chopped onions, grated ginger, green chilies, lemon juice with all the given spices and 1/2 cup breadcrumbs.
- Mix well and pat flat on a board sprinkled with corn flour and cut in desired shapes with biscuit cutter.
- Pat breadcrumbs on both sides and fry in hot oil.
- Serve with tomato chutney, green chutney, salad and bread rolls.
