Boil sabudana (sago) in water till is transparent. Cool and add the curd and salt.

1 INGREDIENTS
- Sabudana 2 cups
- Curds 1 1/2 cups
- Cucumber 1 cup
- Curry leaves 8
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Urad dal 1 tsp
- Asafoetida 1/4 tsp
- Green chillies 4
- Salt to taste
- Oil as needed
2 COOKING DIRECTIONS
- Boil sabudana (sago) in water till is transparent.
- Cool and add the curd and salt.
- Chill and add the chopped cucumber.
- Season with fried mustard, urad dal, chillies, and asafoetida and curry leaves.
- Serve cold.
