Bhagala Bhath with Sabudana

Boil sabudana (sago) in water till is transparent. Cool and add the curd and salt.


1   INGREDIENTS
  • Sabudana 2 cups
  • Curds 1 1/2 cups
  • Cucumber 1 cup
  • Curry leaves 8
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Urad dal 1 tsp
  • Asafoetida 1/4 tsp
  • Green chillies 4
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as needed
2   COOKING DIRECTIONS
  1. Boil sabudana (sago) in water till is transparent.
  2. Cool and add the curd and salt.
  3. Chill and add the chopped cucumber.
  4. Season with fried mustard, urad dal, chillies, and asafoetida and curry leaves.
  5. Serve cold.
